You will be bound by the Terms and Conditions when you visit, use the website or make payments to BrightBooks via the website.
BrightBooks are able to change, modify, add or remove from the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are posted to the website. If payment is made via electronic transfer, you must pay BrightBooks directly. The banking details are on your invoice and please use the booking number (Order ID) as the payment reference.

You will have no claim against BrightBooks and by this you indemnify and hold BrightBooks and its holding company free from liability for any loss, damage or claims arising from death, injury, loss of income or property damage.
