Very disappointed due to: 1. It took Brightbooks almost a week to send me the code to access the e-book (VERY DISAPPOINTING AS I"M PRESSED FOR TIME BEFORE MY EXAM). 2. The code provided doesn't work. I can't access my e-book. 3. Only after I ordered and paid for the product was I informed that the e-book cannot be printed. This is an EXAM PRACTICE KIT. Like a workbook. Of course I will need to be able to print it to be able to use it for practicing my calculations and formulas. I strongly suggest that Brightbooks mention that the e-book cannot be printed in their description of the product.
