Product Overview
A wide range of knowledge and skills will be tested including analysis, presentation of information, communication skills and ability to integrate similar business cases. Teaching will take the format of simulated business contexts and real-life work situations through which competencies will be tested. This course will be a simulation of the job role of a senior manager communicating to the CFO and the rest of the senior management team. After completing this course, students should be able to demonstrate the required level of proficiency in each of the competency areas covered by the other strategic level courses of CIMA namely E3, F3 and P3.Â
